**What the evidence says:** Partly true. It is true that AI Mode did not name Biden as the winner of the 2020 US presidential election for US users in late October 2026: Newsweek, A.V. Club and GadgetReview document it from user screenshots. Google attributed it to a «technical gap» and said it was being fixed; on 29 October Newsweek tested it and the tool already answered that Biden won. The political influence has no evidence: none of those sources documents it and Google does not confirm it. The official 2020 result, published by the FEC using data from state election offices, is 306 electoral votes for Biden and 232 for Trump.
